🇵🇭 Tagalog — Day 20 Module
Today is an active conversational fluency day! Take everything from Days 15–19 and transform it into fluid, spontaneous communication across two realistic environments: the Filipino restaurant / cafe (restawran) and the neighborhood store or municipal market (tindahan / palengke). Move past slow mental translation and build automatic stimulus-response reflexes for dining and shopping.
- Produce automatic restaurant phrases without hesitation: Menu po, Gusto ko po ng..., Malamig po, Bill po
- Produce automatic shopping phrases: Magkano po ito?, Mahal ba?, Mura ito, Gusto ko po nito
- Master the 4 universal conversational anchor questions: Ano ito?, Ano ang gusto mo?, Magkano po ito?, Mahal ba?
- Role-play multi-round dining orders with substitutions: adobo + tubig, sinigang + kape, pansit + juice
- Role-play market purchasing scenarios with fluctuating prices (₱50, ₱100, ₱500)
- Conduct an integrated 2-minute cumulative dialogue covering introduction, restaurant dining, and market buying
⏱️ Your 30-Minute Daily Schedule
1. ⏱️ 0–5 Min — Rapid Vocabulary & Cadence Warm-Up
Today's goal is speed and automaticity. Look at each English term and produce the Tagalog without hesitation:
Tap 🔊 to hear native Tagalog audio directly on your device. You can also tap 📋 Copy to copy any word to your clipboard, or tap 🌐 Listen to open native pronunciation in Google Translate.
Practice Syllables
Speak these 5 automatic phrases 3 times each without pausing:
Menu po. • Gusto ko po ng tubig. • Magkano po ito? • Mura ito. • Bill po.
